Live Western Suffolk County Police Scanner Feed
- Setup Help -
If you are getting an active-x error message do
the following:
In Internet Explorer go to the top of the window and "click"
Tools.
In the drop down menu "click" Internet Options.
In the Internet Options window "click" Security.
In the Security window "click" Trusted Sites.
In the Security window on the middle right side "click"
Sites.
In the Trusted Sites window "uncheck" Require
Server Verification.
In the Add this website to the zone pane "type"
http://www.scpdny.com then "click" Add.
At the bottom of the Trusted Sites window "click"
Apply then "click" OK.
That should do it. You should now be able to here the live feed from
http://scpdny.com/
This fix was tested on IE v6 and may work on other versions.
